At WeCare, care extends beyond the home – into the heart of South Manchester
At WeCare, we believe care doesn’t stop at the front door. We are proud to serve South Manchester, not just by supporting people at home, but by actively contributing to the health, wellbeing, and vibrancy of the community we all share.
Through projects tackling loneliness, supporting local food banks, and empowering women in the workforce, we’re committed to making a lasting difference where we live and work.
WeCare goes further than care visits – we help create a stronger, safer, and more connected South Manchester.
Free transport to social groups, worship places, and activities like Chorlton Good Neighbours and Jasmine Women’s Group.
Supporting local artists in transforming shop shutters into vibrant murals, creating safer, brighter streets.
Regular donations and partnerships with food banks in Chorlton & Didsbury, helping families through tough times.
Over 100 women supported into care work, with literacy help, career pathways, and financial independence programmes.
WeCare is proud to be more than a care provider – we are a neighbour, partner, and champion for resilience. Our vision is to continue building stronger connections, greener living through partnerships like MERCi, and more opportunities that uplift both the people we care for and our community.
